Rocco’s Picture Frames, LLC d/b/a Rocco’s Photo Frames (“Rocco’s,” “we,” “us,” “our”) knows you care how information about you is collected, used, shared, and protected. We provide services through our mobile application to facilitate the printing, personalizing, engraving, and framing of photos (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the Rocco’s Photo Frames mobile application (the “App”); and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect in this App or via other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the App. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or that you provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree, do not use this App.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information You Provide
We receive and store information you submit through our Platform, including but not limited to information you provide when creating a User account as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, login and password details (which may require a phone number), and any other information you upload or communicate through the Platform (“Personal Data”).
Automatic Information
We receive and store information automatically when you interact with us through the use of “cookies” and other similar technology. We may also collect and store server logs, including but not limited to device IP address, access dates and times, features used, other system activity, technical information about your device (e.g. browser type, operating system and basic device information), query activities, and third-party websites or services you were using before interacting with our Platform.
You may disable cookies at any time. By doing so, our Platform may not recognize you as a registered user and may affect your experience.
Communications
If your device supports such capabilities, we may receive confirmation when you open any e-mail or other communication we send you.
If you do not want to receive e-mail or other communication from us, please adjust your email preferences or unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-mails or email us your request to be removed from communications at

From Your Mobile Device
We may receive device and location identifiers when you access the Platform using a mobile device. If you permit the Platform to access location services through your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the Platform is running in the foreground or background.
To the extent provided, we may, with your consent, send e-mails to your e-mail address for purchase information and other authentication and security purposes. You can disable these functions at any time. However, by doing so, the Platform may not recognize you as a registered user which may affect your experience.
Information from Other Sources
We may also receive information about you from other sources, including third-party website analytic tools, which collect information about visitor traffic; log file information generated when you access or use the Platform; and other metadata and in some instances geolocation information. We may combine that data with information we have collected.
HOW DO WE USE AND SHARE THIS INFORMATION?
Rocco’s uses collected data for various purposes, including but not limited to:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving our Platform and Service;
- Notifying you about changes to our Platform and Service;
- Providing customer support;
- Monitoring the usage of our Platform and detecting and addressing technical issues; and
- Otherwise communicating with you.
HOW DO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION
Rocco’s does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Platform, providing Services, or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Rocco’s assets;
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information;
- With your consent;
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to government or regulatory requests;
- To enforce our rights arising from contracts between you and us, including Terms and Conditions, billing, and collection;
- If disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rocco’s, our customers, or others.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. That is why we have implemented a variety of measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is never completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Platform. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.
WHAT CHOICES DO YOU HAVE?
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us.
You may access information about your user account and update your profile, deactivate, or delete your account at any time.
You have the right to:
- Opt-out of non-essential cookies
- Access your information
- Correct your information
- Delete your information
- Restrict or object to use of your information
- Withdraw consent in accordance with privacy laws
However, we may not be able to comply with requests to the extent that they would cause us to violate any law or infringe another person’s rights.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling settings may impact how you use the App.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO USE THE ROCCO’S APP?
Use of our Platform is intended for people 18 years of age or older, or of the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. Users under the age of 16 are prohibited from using the Rocco’s App.
Users under the age of majority may not use our Platform without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover such data, it will be deleted.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. If you click a third-party link or sign in using services like Google, you will be redirected to that third-party site.
We strongly advise reviewing the Privacy Policy of every website you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party privacy policies or practices.
CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND MODIFICATIONS
If you choose to use our Platform, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including limitations on damages and dispute resolution under the laws of the State of Florida.
Rocco’s reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
